Cauliflour (Alfreddo) Pasta

This has to be one of the easiest and perhaps tastiest dishes I've made in a while.

If you are a busy mama like me you will love this.




INGREDIENTS:


1 cauliflour 
1 Cup oat milk
2 tbsp Nutrional Yeast
1 1/2 tbs vegan butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Pinch of salt and pepper
Peas
Parsley


DIRECTIONS:

- Simmer cauliflour for 12 minutes. 
- While the cauliflour is simmering boil spaghetti in a separate pan.
- Put cauliflour, oat milk, Nutrional Yeast, vegan butter, garlic powder, onion powder, pinch of salt and pepper in blender or food processor.  
- Blend until creamy and smooth. 
- Once blended mix in peas and parsley. 
- Mix with spaghetti and serve. 




This is soooo yummy and creamy.
