I had leftover quinoa in my fridge after last night's tasty burger feast so I made a nice veggie soup and to make it extra tasty, added a bit of spice to give it a good kick.
Ingredients:
1/2 onion
1 cup of quinoa
Curry powder
Maca
1/2 onion
1 cup of quinoa
Curry powder
Maca
3 Asparagus
1 Tomatoe
2 Carrots
2 Shitake mushrooms
Coriander
1l of almond milk

Fry for a little bit and add 1 litre of almond milk, flaxseeds and chia seeds.

The whole process should take between 20 - 30 mins and tastes lush.
Very good for anyone feeling weak due to the change of weather, (or who likes a bit of spice) winter is coming and this will heat you up and your taste buds.
