Quinoa / Rice Vegan Stir Fry



Make sure your pan is very very hot with ground nut oil.
Add the chopped ingredients first. 
Try to avoid putting too much, if not it will boil instead of fry.

Ingredients:
Chopped: 
Onion
Garlic
Asparagus
Mushrooms
Chard
Pumkin Seeds

After 5 / 8 minutes

Add at the end:
Quinoa
Peas

Add some soy sauce to give it more taste.


Leave to cook 8 more minutes and VOILA!









Here is another version with rice.
