10 day Progress

As promised I want to share with you my progress with Shaun T's Hip Hop abs workout. After 10 days of workouts I have managed to lose 15CM of belly (1 and 1/2 ") and although I still have a way to go to meet my goal I think I'm doing pretty well. Don't give up on it now, keep focused on keeping fit and you will reach your goals. I'm sorry about the quality of the pictures, they aren't that amazing but this is the best I could do from my collection. (I wasn't keen on sharing my body considering im still not body confident).
