LUCKY CHARMS!!!!!
We went to the supermarket today and saw Lucky Charms, yes the breakfast cereal that was banned in the UK for being too sweet.....Gosh that brought back some great memories.
Supermarkets here are very expensive though. The prices of cereals is very overpriced so no wonder they make their own food for breakfast, Lucky charms was over 12,000 pesos which is around 4 euros. We also went shopping for ingredients to make a Shepherds pie and for desert an Apple pie and the ingredients were very expensive. Meat and vegetables are expensive so it isn't easy for just anybody to buy ingredients for food. Hence the main diet is rice and meat.
Tried another exotic fruit, called Feijoa it is also yummy for the tummy. You are meant to chop the ends off and eat it whole but I find the skin too bitter and eat it from the inside.
I must say my diet has improved, eating exotic fruits for brekkie, mmmmmmmmmmm.......
I had no idea Lucky Charms had been banned! lol
