Back to my routine

After a week of having tonsilitis, taking antibiotics and not being able to work out has made todays workout ten times harder.

I couldn't complete the full 40 minutes but I did manage to get a good sweat on. It is very important to give yourself some food before working out and also letting yourself digest a bit, if not you could get a nasty surprise and be sick or even faint.
Do things properly.

No giving up.
